Target Market The costumers we will be selling to are retailers. For example: Toys R’ Us, FAO Schwartz, Sharper Image, KB Toy Store, Kids R’ Us The main costumers in general that the product will be targeting are mothers with newborn babies.

Target Client Base Working parents with children that need supervision. Target all families with different income ranges (depending on Teddy features).

Strengths compared to our competition Strengths Wireless cable connection to desktop/notebook to download software to teddy hard drive. Digital video/audio recordings. Audio play back. Video monitoring of the environment surrounding. Parents are able to log in on laptop and monitor children from anywhere.

Steps in making a Teddy Customer places an order online (directly or through retailer) Simultaneously order is sent to manufacturer to let them know the material needed Manufacturer sends the material to our warehouse where Teddy is assembled and shipped out
