5 Tommy is our Instructional Designer I need some guidelines… I must fulfill a precise task in my project… I need some good resources… I want to develop my ID skills… I’m looking for some best practices

6 … and Jane is a project manager …whom should I hire? I want to create a team... …what should they know? I want to train my staff… I want to manage the e- learning project… ….what are the best organizational practices?
