Elaborating enhanced Polycentric Development morphological (micro) slope of rank size distribution of centers relational (micro, meso and macro): structural:level of reciprocity, functional institutional: governance, cooperation Modelling Urban Size and Metropolisation cost & benefit functions regarding size considering metropolisation, poliycentricity, hierar-chization, connectivity, agglom.economies for 59 functional UA (~ LUZ) 26% EU27 population, 33% EU27 GDP Comparative identifying Metropolitan Profiles characteristics based on 9 components of TC about 100 European metropolises / MEGAs
