3 Writing the Report One of the most challenging things to do Must be of one voice (even though a team wrote it) Choose the final editor based on writing style Have a style sheet or how you refer to common terms (company name, product name, Internet, Web site, Podcasting) Have a template for headings

4 Hints Typically about 50 pages, so first draft is significantly longer Must include appendices of all work Make ample use of graphics—people look at pictures first and, when used well, they communicate complex ideas more easily
