5. Staff Development Goals To expose teachers to two technology tools, desk top publishing and web page design. To motivate teachers to use these tools with technology infused lesson plans.

6. Shakespeare Unit Students will explore the works and life of William Shakespeare. They will synthesize the information they discover into multimedia projects:newsletters and web pages.

7. Scaffolding Students will be supported by predetermined text and Internet resources. Tutorials for Microsoft Publisher and Web Page Building with Word are included.
