Appointment and control of Inspectors Different number of Inspectors in different categories of offences Appointed by the District Nazim Town Municipal Administration might request for appointment of inspectors

Imposition of fine through ticketing The Inspector shall charge the accused by issuing a ticket for payment of fine specified in the Ninth Schedule To be submitted in Post Office or National Bank Copies of the ticket, should be submitted to concerned inspector

Performance bonuses for Inspector 25% of the collected fine utilized as incentive bonuses 25% utilized for the improvement of regulatory functions 50% utilized in compilation/printing of District Enforcement Gazette, left over amount transferred to Local Funds

Court proceedings Daily Report to the Court by the Inspector Court Issues Summon to the accused The accused appears before the Court and produces the proof of deposit of fine Upon the failure of the accused to appear before the Court, the Court shall issue warrants for arrest the accused

Other Sections Compounding of Offences Appeals Registers, Monthly Reports Police Support to Inspectors Powers of Inspector suspend any work seize the goods; seal the premises; demolish or remove work; and issue directions for taking corrective measures in the time specified by him Rights of Citizens shouldn’t be affected
