6. Court proceedings Daily Report to the Court by the Inspector Court Issues Summon to the accused The accused appears before the Court and produces the proof of deposit of fine Upon the failure of the accused to appear before the Court, the Court shall issue warrants for arrest the accused

Other Sections Compounding of Offences Appeals Registers, Monthly Reports Police Support to Inspectors Powers of Inspector  suspend any work  seize the goods;  seal the premises;  demolish or remove work; and  issue directions for taking corrective measures in the time specified by him Rights of Citizens shouldn’t be affected
