3. When did it happen?  Do you know what happened in The California Gold Rush ? Well, it happened In 1848-1855 in the state of California.

4. What Happened?  People argued over the land claims and some tried to cheat others by saying there was gold nuggets on their land.

5. Why did it happen?  Because of the arguments there were no laws when the Gold Rush began. Then more people argued over their land.

6. Who Was Involved  The people that were involved were John Sutter, John W Marshall, and Phillip Armour.
