We all know what mobile phones are, but do we really know how do they work and how do they have improved? We are going to try explaining you about them. Introduction

Who Invented the mobile Phone? It was invented by Bell Labs from about 1947 to 1967 Later, Martin Cooper apparently build a small radio telephone that could be carried by a person.

Global System for Mobile communication It’s based on TDMA which means that many people can use the system at once. Time Division means that each user has conversations going through at different times.

3G 3G is the third generation of mobile phone technology. Services include wide- area wireless voice telephony. 3G networks are wide area cellular telephone networks which evolved to incorporate high-speed internet access and video telephony.

Mobile phone cameras The first camera phone was a SHARP and J- Phone in Japan in 2000. Today's state of the art (January 2005) camera phones have 5 Megapixel image size, auto-focus, movies, GPS, JAVA, 3G or 3.5G mobile internet connection. 10 megapixels
