3 The Guinea was worth 1 pound and 1 shilling. It was once worth exactly 1 pound, but because of the increase of gold prices, it was increased by 1 shilling. Although the guinea was replaced by the pound, it is still used in house selling, horse racing and luxury items. Menu

4 The Gold Mohur is worth 1 pound, 17 shillings and 6 pence. This coins was also used in the British East Indian Company. They probably came from Bengal Menu

7 The East Indian Company Rupee 2 shillings and 6 pence It was used briefly in Australia in the early 19 th century It is the currency of India, Sri Lanka,Nepal, Pakistan, Mauritius, Seychelles, Indonesia, Maldives. It was meant to contain 175 grains of silver Menu

8 The Pagoda is worth 8 shillings. They were not minted in Indian, but by their colonial powers. They have a diameter of 11mm and weighed 3.41 grams of 82. 3% gold. Menu

9 The Dutch Guilder is worth 2 shillings. These coins were minted in most part of the Netherlands. They have a large diameter of 30mm and weighed 10.5 grams of which 0.911were fine silver. Menu
