Project Description “Singing Whale” is a web-based course for children to learn about whales, their appearance, life cycle and habitant. “Singing Whale” is a web-based course for children to learn about whales, their appearance, life cycle and habitant.

Project Objectives Through presentation, research and interactive activities, learners will be able to recognize at least ten correct descriptions of whales, and write a short paragraph of how they feel about whales. The project will use a lot of visual comparison to build learners metaphor. The project will use a lot of visual comparison to build learners metaphor. Ex: compare the size of the learner and the whale, compare the food required by learner and whale, and compare the life cycle of other animal and whale.
