Services You Know: Risk Management Grant Annual Award (available Jan 2 through Dec 15) – $2,500 for risk, safety, and training projects – Grant funds must be used in the year they are obtained unless prior approval – Grant funds may not be used to offset staff salary or overtime expenses – Applicant must get approval from their department head to make this grant application – If the grant application is similar or the same as the year prior’s application, evaluation criteria for the previous year must be included in the supplemental section. Special Services You Might Not Know About Password Management One password to access all WSTIP resources: Citrix, Portal, BI Reports, (soon!) Riskmaster. Security policy requires network passwords to be changed every 120 days (4 months). Complex passwords required: – At least 6 characters – Upper Case, Lower Case, and at least 1 number or symbol.
