Why? Replace existing framework agreements - FM Term Consultancy for Design & CA Services (Planned Maintenance); Project Management for New Build; Design Team Services for Office Rationalisation Simplifying and increasing speed of procurement for peak in major capital projects Providing flexibility for client requirements which are not clear at this stage

Professional Services Lots Principally split works into 2 value bands: £0 - £1.5m £1.5m+ LOT 1 – Main Design Team disciplines lower value band LOT 2 – Main Design Team disciplines higher value band LOT 3 – Supporting Design Team disciplines not construction value-based LOT 4 – Planning, Valuation and Agency

Next Steps Completion of PQQ and subsequent evaluation ITT – details being developed over next couple of months but key is “FLEXIBILITY” Aim to have both Frameworks operational by Summer 2012
