Lead paint sampling and analysis by SLAC ES&H – low (non-hazardous) levels detected. No danger to workers, but debris will be handled by EH&S Waste Management. BAAQMD permit process to be initiated after selection of contractor (ES&H in conjunction with project) Construction activity hazards Managed by SLAC trained UTR. Includes preparation of Pre-work Hazard Analysis and Job Hazard Analysis and Mitigation (JHAM). Subcontractor will be required to staff project with a Construction Safety Professional Radiation Review of plans by Stan Mao, RPD, and his requests incorporated in design. Hoisting/Rigging Citizens’ Committee and/or Hoisting/Rigging inspector will review the Subcontractor’s Rigging Plan prior to work, and inspect equipment used by Subcontractor at SLAC
