Water Conservation Student/Employee Make sure to turn off showers completely Report leaks immediately Facility Managers Create a system of response & maintenance for leak repairs Provide contact info for reporting leaks Designate a water efficiency coordinator (Go-to person) Lower pool level to reduce splash loss Evaluate temperate setting in natatorium and dehumidifier use to reduce evaporation loss Turn hoses off at faucet as opposed to nozzle Deferred Maintenance Deferred Maintenance Retrofit flushometer toilets with diaphragms (20% savings/flush) Continually update automatic faucet knobs, use 2.0 gpm versus 2.5 gpm nozzles When replacing exisiting washing machines, use energy/water efficient models Retrofit flushometer toilets with diaphragms (20% savings/flush)
