All staff and faculty who are not students are eligible to be sponsors; those with a status of student/staff may also be sponsors if they are career staff. A guest account may last for a maximum of 7 days from the start date, and may be renewed once for an additional 7 days.
6
Wireless Guest Access Sponsors can renew a guest account for an additional 7 days before it expires, but the total guest account will not last more than 14 days. If a guest is in need of an account for more than 14 days, the sponsor should submit a Temporary Affiliate Form, which will be available on the Guest Account web site. If a sponsor has active guest accounts, they will see a list of their currently sponsored guests for editing of expiration date and/or password.
7
Wireless Guest Access Upon clicking Submit, form fields will be verified, an account will be created, and a confirmation will display with a password. The guest will be emailed their username and password. The guest’s email address will serve as their Username.
