3. T02-04 - 3 An Example The grading scale must be interpreted in terms of the Bins used by the EXCEL Histogram Data Analysis Tool. They must be arranged from smallest to largest. 4. T02-04 - 4 Data can either be entered directly into the Original Data cells or copy/paste special/values into the cells.

5. T02-04 - 5 Once the data is entered Summary Statistics ( Count, Max, Min & Range ) are automatically calculated. The Sort Macro can be run to sort the Original Data into the Sorted Data cells. This also automatically calculates the necessary information for the Dot Plot.

6. T02-04 - 6 The Histogram Bins are entered here. The Histogram Macro can be run to automatically calculate the Histogram Frequency Information.

7. T02-04 - 7 The Histogram Frequency Information is displayed along with an interpretation of the “hard to read” EXCEL output (e.g. the number of data observations greater than 89.99 and less than or equal to 100 is 5).

8. T02-04 - 8 Worksheet Tabs can be selected to view the Original Data Scattergram, Frequency Dot Plot & User Selected Classes Histogram.

9. T02-04 - 9 The Scattergram displays a plot of the observations in the sequence they were entered.

10. T02-04 - 10 The Dot Plot displays a frequency plot of the observations.

11. T02-04 - 11 The Frequency Histogram shows the histogram for the chosen User Selected Classes. The legend should be read bottom-up.
