7 Degree Audit Process Programs are made up of areas of requirements: –General – GPA, minimum credits, effective terms –General Education –Major –Concentration –Minor –Electives Areas are used to define the specific requirements of each program. nn

8 General Education Within the General Education area, we identify the courses for competency, group and exposure requirements. Requirements can be met by a course, course attribute, or a non-course attribute like a competency test –ENG 1020 –BC –EQE

9 Audit of Current Gen Ed Students who request to withdraw from classes will be assigned one of the three following grades: WPWithdrawal Passing WF Withdrawal Failing WNWithdrawal Never Attended, or no Graded Work to Date Beginning 5th week of the term Notations do not affect GPA
