Definition and User Business Trips System is a web-based application used to enter information and generate reports on business trips for KFUPM employees. Users of the system: –Rector office –Employees

Functional Requirements Trip information entry –Type (conference, training…) –Activity name –Place –Start date –Period –Recommended-by –Approval status Reports: –Business trips on a specific period (internal and external trips) –Business trips of a person

Non-Functional Requirements Should be interfaced to HR DB for employee information Should be interfaced to LDAP server for user authentication Should be updated by payroll department Should have a bilingual user interface
