Talent Inventory – Step One Based on the book “Now, discover your strengths” and the Strength Finder Gallop Assessment, I learned that my five main strengths are: - Input: Inquisitive, collector and interested in many things - Learner: Love to learn and enjoy the process of learning more than the outcome. - Intellection: Introspective and likes to think (with or without focus) - Strategic: See patterns in clutter to select the best strategy - Context: Look to the past to understand the future
