Goodman APPROACH oIn a wireless system many terminals share the same transmission medium oEach one competes or interferes with the others oMathematics of game theory and microeconomics lead to optimum allocation of resources (power and bandwidth) oDevise algorithms and protocols that enable practical terminals to achieve optimum results
