Scheduling Online Meetings Users can schedule Lync meetings through Outlook using the Lync Outlook plug-in. – The Outlook plug-in is included as part of Lync client installation. – No Outlook Web App scheduling capability is available at Office 365 GA. – A web scheduler is planned for late 2011. Outlook delegation is supported for scheduling for online meetings It is possible to append custom text to meetings invites using by the Exchange admin – The original meeting invitation text cannot be customized
