INITIATIVE OBJECTIVE Purpose Introduce a simple, user-friendly developmental performance tool Establish a “common” review date university-wide Provide an opportunity for employees to conduct self-assessments Promote ongoing performance feedback and coaching Increase accountability for outcomes Establish performance/professional development plan and goals Cultivate paradigm shift towards a performance-oriented culture
