Closing Forecast is relatively flat around 16.5 million units “Speaking at NADA's 86th Annual Convention & Exposition in San Francisco, NADA Chief Economist Paul Taylor projected that new car and light truck sales of 16.5 million in 2003, down from 16.8 million in 2002.”
