4. Identification 18 Years and Older:  Government Issued Picture I.D. Passport Driver’s License Birth Certificate WITH a Raised Seal Under 18 Years of Age:  Passport  Official School I.D. (with picture)

5. I.D.’s and Plane Tickets The name on your I.D. MUST MATCH the name on your plane ticket.

6. THE MORNING OF DEPARTURE DO NOT BE LATE! We will leave at 3:30 AM, SHARP!!! Laguardia Airport

7. Carry-On Bags ONLY 1 Bag is permitted. If it is too large, IT DOES NOT GO!! No sharp objects of any kind. Only bring it if you must. Everyone traveling is subject to strict security checks, EVEN THE DIRECTOR!

8. Clothing Check the weather forecast when you pack. Think about the itinerary while you pack. Do not over-pack! Your uniform MUST BE CLEANED and shoes MUST BE WHITE, including the LACES! Guard – same color scheme as the fall, maybe not the hat and scarves!

9. Rooming Assignments and Telephone Usage  The rooming list is complete….PERIOD!  Use the lobby telephones while at the hotel even if you have a credit card.

10. Meals This is NOT a time for diets! Breakfast each day plus three meal coupons to use on Disney properties. WE LOVE BUFFETS!

13. Luggage and Equipment Transportation All suitcases and equipment will be transported ahead of the band. Jeff Dresely and Greg Ryan. When does the truck leave? Have your equipment ready to go when it is time to go! If it misses the truck, it will not make the plane!
