Predeparture Briefing #1: TODAY Registration for Otago TOUR 306 course 1)Complete and submit Otago course application form to me today (2 copies) 2)Submit passport / citizenship document to me today -> will be copied, certified, and original returned to TREN main office for pick-up by tomorrow morning 3)Submit completed Brock transcript request form to me today

Approximate Per Diem Costs - 2010 St. Margaret’s College: Accommodation and 3 meals per day: $2180 for 46 days = $47.39 per day (single room in Brock Village Residence with meal plan = 56.45 per day) Field Course: Ground travel, attractions, accommodations, breakfast: $3900 for 25 days = $156 per day

Predeparture Briefing #2: November 9 VISA APPLICATION AND OTHER FORMS BRING YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORT AND THE FOLLOWING COMPLETED FORMS: New Zealand Student Visa Application Form (INZ 1012) Evidence of enough money to support yourself in New Zealand (your own bank record, student loan record, or a New Zealand Financial Undertaking for a Student form (INZ 1014) if a parent or other person is your guarantor Liability waiver form Emergency contact form We will also conduct a field course itinerary overview
