3. The experiment with the plant
The importance of day and night
Division of the children into smaller groups
Let the children plant seeds in pots and water them.
One group will place the pot in an artificial environment with only light and the other group a pot in total darkness.
A third group will have a pot in normal conditions.

4. Play role
The teacher brings three children in front of the group and modeling the activity that follows.
Separate children in groups of three.
Each child within the group represents sun, earth & moon. Try to practice the activity.
The children can change roles.
