Introduce examples of variations of Rap from hispanic cultures 1) Reggaetón (Puerto Rico) and Reggae Español (Panama) Composing 1 Individual work: lyric writing – intro-raps in Spanish (they can use their previous sample from music if they wish or borrow from Spanish examples or create new ones) Assessment 1 Whole class performance of individual intro-raps Assessing accuracy of rhythm and metre, getting words in time, confidence in performance as well as use of language and pronunciation
