It means that the TUI is the same for the features supported by IP Office

All rights reserved 3 Avaya – Proprietary Use pursuant to Company instructions Configuring Voicemail The following options are available in Manager and the Installation and Administration Wizard –PC – Use this when you are using Voicemail Pro or Lite. You need to specify an IP Address for the PC running Voicemail and in the case of VM Pro, need a license –Integral – Select this for the Embedded messaging –Audix – Use this for Centralized Voicemail. You will need to specify the line group id

All rights reserved 4 Avaya – Proprietary Use pursuant to Company instructions Voicemail Lite Voicemail Lite is available on the IP Office Admin CD –It provides mailbox functionality only –It does not require a license or RFA to run –It supports up to 4 simultaneous voicemail calls

All rights reserved 5 Avaya – Proprietary Use pursuant to Company instructions Intuity Audix Intuity Audix allows an IP Office to use an Audix voicemail server connected to a Multivantage or Definity –The connection is via QSIG over T1 or VoIP dependant on the connection between the Multivantage and IP Office –Only mailbox support is achievable by this method i.e. NO queuing or Auto Attendant functionality –The number of simultaneous connections is hardware dependent –An RFA or license is required in the IP Office

All rights reserved 6 Avaya – Proprietary Use pursuant to Company instructions Voicemail Pro Voicemail Pro is a licensed product and can serve more than one site –Centralized voice mail for multiple IP Office systems –Voice Mail Networked Messaging through VPIM aware Interchange / S3210 Modular Messaging –Mailbox emulation is available in 2 modes – IP Office and Intuity (style of voicemail prompts) –4 simultaneous calls are possible with the standard RFA expandable up to 30 dependent on switch type, VM Ports RFA and data channels available –Call flows can be programmed to provide customizable queuing and auto attendants. –Voicemail Pro can be run in unlicensed mode for a maximum of 2 hours
