Our Mission: To sponsor healthful athletics and social activities, provide supervised recreation, promote good sportsmanship and character to benefit the youth and individuals with special needs in the West Clermont School District, as well as, other youth residents of West Clermont and around the Tri State Objective: To raise $250,000 in Corporate funding to cover the cost of renovating all 18 ball diamonds, making Tealtown Ballpark the premier baseball and softball park in the Tri-State area. Keys to Success: Recruit more corporate support within the community through banner sales and field naming rights. Minimize field maintenance, increasing the number of games played “less rain outs” Grow Registrations, by providing a safer, better place to play. Grow the SNAP Program large enough to form a new league. Maintain a high approval rate with the Mt. Carmel-Glen Este Booster Give back to the community, thru a Hardship Scholarship Fund, for those families with children that want to participate in sports but are strapped financially.

Who Benefits? First and foremost the kids benefit, because by renovating the fields we have less rain outs and they get a great park to play in. Parents benefit because they see the value of their dollar by registering their sons or daughters out of our park vs. another park Students benefit by having a place to earn some summer cash UC Clermont and Glen Este High School Our Sponsors Benefit, because they get great exposure within the community Clermont County Benefits, because having great fields allows us to host National Tournaments Generating revenue for the community by teams traveling in town, staying in our hotels, spending money in our restaurants and retail outlets. Greater Cincinnati Benefits, because there’s no other park like this in the Tri State area that can host National Tournaments at 1 location.

2012 Banner Sponsorship Campaign The 2012 season will be upon us soon and the boosters at the park are on a fence banner sponsorship campaign. Our goal is to raise $50,000 in sponsorship. Proceeds will be used to help renovate all the fields at the park by reconditioning, new crowning and putting grass infields and adding water lines to fields 1-4. We are strictly a volunteer organization owned by the community and operated by the community, for the community. The park is always in need of goods and services. How can you help? By purchasing a Fence Banner, Sponsoring a Field Renovation or donating material/equipment for park renovation project. How does it work? We have four plans available: One 3’ x 5’ fence banners placed on the outfield fences or along the entrance or common areas. $350 Field Renovation Sponsorship gives you naming rights to a field $10000 (for fields 5-18) or $ (for fields 1-4) Major sponsorships like naming rights to an entire quad. $37500 (fields 6-9 or 12-15), $75,000 for (fields 1-4) Material/Equipment Donation for Park Renovation Projects All sponsorships are on an annual basis unless negotiated otherwise. Banner locations are on a “First Come, First Serve” basis. Banners are to be provided by the sponsor and are subject to Board approval. Without question we offer one of the most cost effective ways to reach hundreds of local families every day. In addition you are telling everyone you care about the community we live, work and play in. The cost is minimal…the return is priceless
