New boating license framework  New boating license scheme is scheduled to be launched in early autumn.  This program will make easier boating for beginners (< 5 m LOA no license)  The new framework will allow to increase the LOA from 12 to 20 m for PER holders (Skilled Skippers for medium range)  It will be an opportunity for the industry to increase sales and open the sea to beginners that will not need license to jump on the water

12. New charter framework  Registrations for charters have increased during the last years and mainly in the last year  Tax exemptions for charter boats  The Balearics, the Canaries and the Med are the favourite destinations  There is a huge growing market for superyacht charter
