3. Go to: http://accord.fairfactories.org/ffcweb/Web/Common/LogonPage.aspxhttp://accord.fairfactories.org/ffcweb/Web/Common/LogonPage.aspx Enter your email and password and click the Login button LOGIN

4. Click the Forgot your password link and follow the instructions An email will be sent with another password FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

6. MEMBER AFFILIATION To search for specific factory information you need to ‘member affiliate’ as the Accord NB: When viewing your saved query factory lists or when viewing inspection reports for a factory (see slides 10 & 13) you must first member affiliate as your company.

7. On your home page click the Search tab on the navigation bar Search for a factory by FFC factory ID: Choose Account ID from the dropdown list under Search Criteria Field, enter the Account ID in the Search Term box and click search SEARCH FOR A FACTORY

8. Search for a factory by factory name: Choose Account Name from the dropdown list under Search Criteria Field, enter the factory name in the Starts With box and click search Below are the results which show all factories including AKH in the name

9. Search for a factory using either FFC Accord ID or Factory name (see previous slides) To go to a factory’s information page click on the factory name under Account Name FACTORY INFORMATION Factory Information Page Scroll down to see further information e.g. lead brand, and case handler email address

10. INSPECTION REPORTS Member Affiliate as your company (see slide 6) Go to the factory information page This takes you to the Choose Inspection page where you will find the Available Inspections grid and the CAP Report Files history grid

11. Click the Inspection ID to take you to the Audit General Information page The following Audit General Information page contains the inspection report files.

12. To view the CAP report – Click on the CAP report under Current Inspection under Audit General Information CAPs Export the CAP report by scrolling to the bottom of the page, select the format you wish to export to and click the Export button

13. VIEW FACTORY LIST Member affiliate as your company (see slide 6) Click on the Reports tab on the navigation bar and click on User Configured Reports Click on the Saved Queries link Click the factory list you require in the Saved Queries Grid. * Responsible to support remediation under the 30 day de-listing rule

14. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click the Export button Click Export Ready to download the report to excel DOWNLOAD FACTORY LIST

15. UPDATE FACTORY LIST Go to your Active factory list report under User configured reports (Slide 13) Scroll down the Active factory list Select the option Download the Correct Format in order to update your factory list  After downloading the correct format spreadsheet; please follow the usual guidelines for updating your factory list. These instructions are found in the data management guide in the members area on the Accord website.
