2 Philosophy Parents as Partners operates on the belief that children need to spend time with both men and women in order to form healthy, realistic images of adults. Children need to see men and women getting along together, communicating, and sharing tasks.

4 Purpose Parents as Partners provides community connections and case management services focused on three goal areas: Increasing parental involvement and the nurturing skills of fathers and mothers. Reducing barriers to positive financial and emotional responsibility through employment and life skills. Promoting and increasing the payment of child support.

12 D.A.D.S Support Group The acronym for D.A.D.S is Dads Aiming and Determined to Support. The mission of the group is to reduce the number of uninvolved fathers and to provide support, guidance, and commitment to broken families.

13 D.A.D.S Support Group Vision- To provide purpose and direction to fathers and to communicate integrity, respect and responsibility to their children.

14 D.A.D.S Support Group Meetings will be held every 4 th Tues. monthy from 5pm- 7pm at various business locations in the Caroline Co. area. Food and Transportation provided.
