17  Create a new state program known as the Step Up Challenge for chapters to participate in and become involved at the state level  Expand partnership with organizations such as MOD, ACH, ARORA, Ronald McDonald House, and Make-A-Wish  Promote social media use  Increase membership within each district  Bridge the gap between middle, senior, and PBL levels
