2  There is Four building blocks for embark on the journey to Contributorship. First step : From “victim” to being a “ creator of one’s destiny”. 3 CONTRIBUTOR Full confidence to do work. He/she believe that human beings more powerful than circumstances and can shape it very well. Does not wait for favourable circumstances. Who always sees “what all I can possibly do” in situation. Less confidence not believe in himself. He/she believe that circumstances are power full than they are. He/she believe that he/she is out of control and everything depends on whether circumstances are favourable or not. They only just do what is they have not find other possibility to doing work. NON-CONTRIBUTOR

4 They believe that they will find ways to deal with the environment and any challenges that may come up. They have demands that you must give us the right conditions and support to succeed.

5 Contributors They are willing to step out of their “comfort zone” and try out new things. They have accept any challenge in any situations. Their positive attitude is “we can” or “I can”. All ways faces challenging situations positively. Finds ways to deal with situation and still reach the goal. Non-contributor do not step out of their “comfort zone”. They have lost courage.they believe that work not for them and if they have never done this before. Attitude “we can’t never” or “I can’t never”. Afraid from challenging situation&ignore it. They have tired and leav the work on time. Non-Contributors

7  Contributor : In problems,contributor think that this problems are created by my self,by my past action. Contributor always takes a responsibility to find solutions.  Non-Contributor : Non-Contributors constantly blame others for all them problems. They won’t find solutions of their problems,but blame others or blame circumstances. They always thinks that “this situation was not created by me, they have some mistake”, so I am not responsible for that.

11 o This building block talking us about to become a “self reliant”.  contributor : Contributor rely on themselves, instead of waiting for others to solve their problems. He/she does not depend on other for his/her survive. Contributor make own ways for find answers. Contributor chose to be self-reliant for his/her development as a contributor.

12  Non-contributor : Non-contributor always depend on others. He/she think that without you and your help, he/ she can’t do this. Without others help they can’t handle the situation.

15  So we’re trying to sell you all is that :  All the major contributors in present or past have gone through many obstacles and every time they had to chose between two roads and they chose “Not To Give UP”.  And this is what makes them special.  SO here we can conclude that these people to gain the title of “CONTRIBUTOR” had to go off books or syllabous.
