Deliver the Basics Successful service take on with no disruption to the existing service Deliver the Transformation Reduce back office costs; boost frontline productivity and deliver technology processes and innovation Lincolnshire Model A successful model that other forces aspire to replicate Promotion & Gainshare Promote this model to ALL forces to generate additional revenue to Partnership. Shared Service Centre Invest in Lincolnshire to create a shared service centre – workforce stability, minimise job losses & creation of future jobs

6 What has happened so far.  575 staff transferred to G4S successfully with no ‘opt-outs’  T-police project commenced.  ‘Policing in Lincoln’ Project has commenced  All G4S staff working on the 1 April were visited by the team  ‘Soft landing’ has been achieved and the ‘Transformation’ process has commenced.
