Timetabling Project 2014 Aims: Online –personalised to student level online Earlier- publication of final timetables 4 weeks earlier Better quality- more accurate information, data integrity checking

Key Aspects of Implementation Data Cleansing Better link between student records system and S+ Problems, problems problems! Uploading data via excel Merging Scarborough into the Hull database

Have we achieved our aims? Online – all Faculties except 1 online (Nursing opted out) Earlier- 2 weeks earlier for continuers, POS and Module info available in July, subject to changes. New students individual TT’s when they arrive and register. Better- more data checking, better information from departments.
