2. Licensing @ NCSU  Lots of licenses, lots of edits.  No signatory authority in the Libraries. Licenses go to Purchasing.  Contract advisories.  Requirement for licenses containing language the university deems unacceptable, which we were unable to negotiate out.  Overview of resource, its cost, and language we were unable to remove.  States that we understand and assume associated risks for language the university has deemed unacceptable.  Approx. 30 licenses negotiated so far in FY14, 1 abandoned.

3. NCSU’s License Team  Seven members.  The 3 ERLs handle most of the license negotiation.  Monthly meetings to discuss current negotiations and other issues related to licensing.
