8  Closure – 5-10 minutes Complete Closure Assignment (question) on Canvas. and then discuss responses with their shoulder partner. The students have a choice to type/submit their answers in Canvas or write their answer on the color coded index cards and place in the exit ticket container.  Closure QUESTIONS: "What did you learned from the business letter writing activity today?" Do you think that business letter writing will be obsolete in the future? Justify your answer.

10  Have students to complete Pre Bell -Time Writing –Test on Typing Ace-5mins.  2) Teacher will review key terms and check homework in Chapter 4 with students  3) Teacher will introduce Lesson 4.1 Personal Business Letter page 64-65 with students using Power Point  3) Students will read and follow directions in the textbook on page 66-72 on a Personal Business Letter- - word processing (typing) activity and complete the Now You Try It on page 72, if time permits.  4) Students will continue Skill Builder Lessons in Typing Ace under Advance Course, if time permits.  6) Wrap up with a review---Think-Pair and Share—See Canvas

11  Have students to complete Pre Bell -Time Writing-Click Test—5 mins.  2)Teacher will continue Lesson 4.1 Business Letter page 72.  3) Students will complete the Business Letter to their favorite teacher on page 72- Now You Try It.  4) Students will complete Business Letter with Letterhead Activity---Differentiated Activities or Complete Business Letters from ICT DigiTool textbook on pages 188-189. Turn in one Business Letter for evaluation.  ) Students will continue Skill Builder Lessons in Typing Ace, if time permits.
