2. General Guidelines This documents indicates the official classification of Released vs In- Work and Contract vs Reference for all files posted. The headings in FedBizOps for the various Amendments pertaining to In-Work/Released or Contract/Reference have no meaning and can be ignored. The latest version of a file posted to FedBizOps supercedes any previous versions of the file posted in earlier Amendments. The Attachment C-2 spreadsheet will be updated to reflect any changes from previous amendments. All updates in the spreadsheet will be identifed with red font within the spreadsheet to indicate all changes from the previous version. Each GFE item is uniquely represented in the Attachment C-2 spreadsheet. If these have the same assembly drawing, that drawing number will be repeated. Therefore each line item within the listing does not always represent a unique drawing.

4. Reference vs Contract Documents Indicates if drawing/spec is a Reference (Ref) drawing or a Contract Drawing. Reference drawings are provided for all GFE to provide a higher level of detail of equipment size, interface connections, panel arrangement, etc.. Reference drawings are provided for clarification and are not to be included in the scope of this project. Contract drawings/Specifications are included in the scope of this project.

5. EQ ID and REF DES EQ ID numbers are provided as a cross reference from the REF drawing files listed here to the Equipment ID’s captured in the EQ# sheets of the K0000075499 contract drawing. These Equipment ID’s are used to uniquely identify equipment.

6. Released/In- Work Status RELEASED indicates drawing/spec is at the 100% release state and considered final. IN WORK indicates a drawing that was not at the 100% release state at time of posting. A limited number of supporting contract drawings were not at the 100% release state at the time of RFP. Documents will be updated with Released files prior to the Part II proposal due date. As files are updated to Released status, a new file will be uploaded to FBO and a new C-2 spreadsheet will be uploaded to indicate the changed state as well as new file location.

7. Reference Information Provided for reference only. Indicates the Amendment number the file is located under on FedBizOps website. A# indicates the corresponding file can be found under the Amendment # area. Provided for reference to clarify scope of contract drawings. The following categories are used: All : indicates the full drawing is within scope. Specification: a specification, instruction, standard, or similar document. Cable: drawing is a cable subassembly or other part of a cable fabrication. Component: part drawings to be fabricated/procured of varying quantities (called out in K0000075499 drawing) Detail: Used in reference drawings to indicate design details in K0000075499 drawing reference a location found in this reference drawing for a GFE item. GFE: Reference only drawing of a GFE assembly or component Reference: Drawing provided for Reference only (eg., GIS or Schematic)
