Findings of the Monitoring Institute  No discrimination was noticed.  MDM served regularly & Food grain delivered at door steps of schools.  Buffer stock of food grain maintained in all the 40 visited schools  5 schools have got ROs through MPLAD Scheme.  3 month’s delay in the release of cooking cost.  Cook-cum-helpers have been appointed in excess in 13 schools;  Honorarium to CCH not paid on regular basis  CCH in 30 schools, had not received any training  Vegetables not provided as per norms in 10% of the visited schools.  In 12.5% schools, the students bring food from their home.  32 schools (80%) of visited school are without kitchen-cum-store.  MDM was prepared in the open and unhygienic conditions in 9 schools.  No toll free number for Grievance Redressal.
