4 Contd.. Pre-requisite stepStatus Annual and Monthly data entry for the FY 2014- 15 should be completed up to December 2014. It is being sent to UT Plan should be submitted within the scheduled date in hard and soft copies both. Late by one week because approval of SLSMC was not received.

6 Best Practices Egg and Sukhadi served three days each in a week and Lapsi served once. Higher contribution (Rs.1923.6) for CCH against UT share. Social Audit by Development Quest Foundation being started. Hand wash with soap by all students. ROs installed in schools. Ag-mark condiments and DFS used.

7 Findings of the Monitoring Institute  No discrimination was noticed.  MDM served regularly & Food grain delivered at door steps of schools.  Buffer stock of food grain maintained in all the 40 visited schools  5 schools have got ROs through MPLAD Scheme.  3 month’s delay in the release of cooking cost.  Cook-cum-helpers have been appointed in excess in 13 schools;  Honorarium to CCH not paid on regular basis  CCH in 30 schools, had not received any training  Vegetables not provided as per norms in 10% of the visited schools.  In 12.5% schools, the students bring food from their home.  32 schools (80%) of visited school are without kitchen-cum-store.  MDM was prepared in the open and unhygienic conditions in 9 schools.  No toll free number for Grievance Redressal.
