REFERRAL PROCESS 7 Consortium Partners: DCCCD, Irving ISD, Richardson ISD, Region 10 Education Service Center, Dallas Public Library, Wilkinson Center and WFSDallas Track A: 0-5.9 grade, Adult Basic Ed Track B: 6-8.9 grade, Adult Basic Ed and/or GED Track C: 9+ grade, GED &/or College Prep Track D: ESL
