DesignXplorer Parameter Manager Workshop Supplement August 26, 2005 Inventory #002266 WS9-2 Workshop 9 – Goals Goal: –Use the DesignXplorer Parameter Manager Parameter Manager under Solution branch to specify changes to the load magnitude and material properties of our model and solve all scenarios at one time.

DesignXplorer Parameter Manager Workshop Supplement August 26, 2005 Inventory #002266 WS9-3 Workshop 9 - Start Page 1.From the launcher start Simulation. 2.Choose “Geometry > From File... “ and browse to the file “ Lever.x_t ”. 3.When DS starts, close the Template menu by clicking the ‘X’ in the corner of the window. 4.Change the working unit system to metric mm. –“Units > Metric (mm, kg, N, C, s)”
