Location & Facility 408 E-Gallimore Dairy Road Greensboro, NC less than 5 minutes from Piedmont Triad Int’l Airport (GSO) Over 19,000 square feet Expansion plans in the works to move to a new facility of 35,000 to 40,000 sq.ft. by 2008 Over 11,000 sq.ft. of shop space

Strategies/Expansion Innovative solutions are always explored using customer and vendor input while monitoring market and industry trends We are currently pursuing the purchase of a larger facility with plans to make the move in the latter part of 2008

Strategies/Expansion (cont’d) Acquisition of an additional hydraulic test bench will give us four test benches to increase productivity. Installation to be completed in June of this year New fuel test bench for fuel boost pumps, valves, and switches as well as a state of the art electro- mechanical test bench are also in the works for 2007 Facility expansion for 2008 will put us in a new building and allow us to expand into high flow pneumatics, air cycle machines and possibly a plating facility

Our People President-Santiago Lluhi: -President and founder of Genesis -Involved in every aspect of operations -over 21 years of experience in Repair Station management. Prior experience -General Manager of a repair station in Miami for 8 years -Upper management positions in other industries following his graduation from the University of Florida in 1978.

How It Works Upon receiving a component the following action takes place on the date of receipt: 1. Receiving inspection. 2. Work Order opened & ID tag attached. 3. Technical data & tooling checked for currency and compliance. 4. Assignment to technician for designated workscope.

How It Works (cont’d.) Within 1 to 3 days (depending on work load) –Component is evaluated and tested (if applicable). –Disassembled and cleaned (as required). –Individual parts or components inspected. –Work order completed for preliminary and teardown. –Inspection with a parts requisition completed (as required) and reviewed/signed by a designated inspector. –The work order is then processed into our system and delivered to purchasing for allocation and sourcing of parts required.

How It Works (cont’d.) Within 1 to 5 days –Parts will be allocated and sourced as required and a written quotation sent for customer approval.

How It Works (cont’d.) Within 1 day of customer approval –Parts will be purchased and stock items segregated for each individual work order. –Upon receipt of all required parts or if parts already stocked unit will be scheduled for final assembly, testing and protective coatings (as required). –Within 1 day of final testing, final acceptance will be accomplished by the Return-to-Service inspector assuring compliance with all ADs and SBs (as required) and completeness and accuracy of all documentation. –The unit/component is then delivered to shipping for delivery to its final destination.

Metric/Figures/Reporting At Genesis we use a variety of tools to assist in the overall accomplishment of our goals. Weekly status reports for each step of our processes. Individual customer status reports. Monthly customer ranking reports. Monthly departmental sales ranking reports. Monthly warranty reports. Various accounting reports including income statement, balance sheet, and various others as needs arise.

On-Time Performance At Genesis, on-time performance is a critical factor and closely monitored through the use of various status reports. The loyalty of our customer base is a testament to our commitment to meeting our goals.

Turn-Around Time Though many components leave our facility within a week (5 working days) our current average TAT is 11-13 calendar days

Warranties Genesis prides itself on its warranty ratio of less than 1%

Capabilities (general) Our capabilities include unlimited Class 1, 2, & 3 covering electrical, electro-mechanical, fuel, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic components. An unlimited Radio Class 1 & 2 in Avionics covering DMEs, transponders, Navs/VORs and Comms and a limited Class 3 Radio rating. And also a limited NDT rating for mag particle and dye penetrant testing.
