18 HCM Cloud Integration – Overall Strategy

19 Modern HCM Cloud: Integration Patterns
Migrate from Legacy HR on premise to HCM Cloud Predominant interfaces to downstream Payroll/ ERP and other systems Full HR Leverage Talent /Performance /Goals on the HCM Cloud while using the current HRIS on premise Here interfaces are limited to what is needed for Talent Incremental uptake Two important facets when working with customers who are journeying to HCM Cloud. When customer is planning a full HCM Cloud model, Important pieces of conversation are Most important – data conversion Second most important is how the HCM Cloud interacts with all your downstream systems, such as payroll and other key systems The other use case is the coexistent or hybrid landscape where the customer is leveraging a facet of the HCM Cloud, and in this case, it’s a bit different as the focus is on just what’s need to support talent.
