Flexible Work Schedule ▸ Schedules within limits ▸ Administrative Offices ▸ Standard Hours of Administrative Operation ▸ 8:30am to 5pm—Offices Open ▸ Core Time 10am to 3pm—all present ▸ Flex Limits 7am to 6pm ▸ Longevity in office receives priority

Flexible Work Schedule Guidelines Full time—37.5 or 40 hours each week Compressed work week 37.5 or 40 hours 4 or 4 1/2days eliminate Monday or Friday Part time can participate—fulfill weekly hours Mandatory 30 minute lunch for > 6 hours

Flexible Work Schedule ▸ Dept.– Flexible Work Schedule Program ▸ Flexible Work Schedule Agreement with Employee ▸ Submit to HR if more than 7.5 or 8 hours/day ▸ Dept. may discontinue at any time if not in the best interest of the department.
