Our Weaknesses 1.Though students of our department come with good academic record, most of them are from economically poor families, so they discontinue the studies for various family problems and diseases. 2. Due to huge number of students in the class and absence of microphone, lecture delivered do not reach the back-benchers of the class. 3. Insufficient Teaching faculty is another weakness of our department. It is our challenge to taking various steps such as established well relation with our student; arrange special classes for back student etc, so that they realize that they have to work hard if they want to build good academic career and department is always with them for solving their problem.
