Final conclusions: The interest in fashion depends on the sex – all the girls are intrested in fashion, but only one out of five boy. Majority of the students (77%) prefer brand fashion. There is a small difference between boys and girls – boys value brand fashion more than girls. All the students (both girls and boys) buy their clothes on their own. As you can see polish parents are rather conservative, especially towards boys. Generally only one – third of the parents allow their children to have piercings or tattoos. 100% of the parents accept earrings for girls, but the parents do not accept tattoos. Wearing accessories depends on the sex – all the girls wear accessories, but only two out of three boys wear them. The most popular accessories are watches, earrings and scarfs. Bracelets and chains are also very popular. As you can see, girls more often goes to shop than boys. Boys prefer going shopping alone or with their parents, but girls usually goes shopping with friends or parents. More girls like wearing jogging pants than boys. Girls usually wear them at home, but boys at PE lessons. Girls tend to wear caps more often than boys. There is a big different between boys and girls. As you can see, girls wear leather jackets more often.
