5. Features :   Continuous Casting Line.   Strip Thickness : 6 – 10 mm.   Max width : 1800 mm.   Rolling speed : 900~2000mm/min.   Electrical control system mainly adopts a full digital adjustable-speed technology.

6. Features :   Cold rolling mill can roll the aluminium cast coils or hot rolled coils.   Thickness range from 6~8mm down to the finished products of thickness 2~0.05mm after several passes.   Cold rolling mill is equipped with advanced hydraulic automatic gauge control (AGC) system.   Cold rolling mill is equipped with advanced automatic flatness control (AFC).   PLC and Drives are used to carry out the advanced electric control such as digital logical calculation, data set-up, automatically control etc.

7. Features :   Single stand mill.   Cast slab rolling thickness : 300 – 500 mm.   Minimum o/p thickness : 5 mm.   Air wiping system to improve strip surface quality.   Electric screw down and hydraulic AGC used for roll gap adjustment.

8. Features :   Aluminium foil roughing and finishing mill.   Finishing mill thickness up to 0.006mm.   Max width : 2000 mm.

9.   Slitting line.   Cut-to-length line.   Foil separator.   Tension levelling line.   Aluminium foil doubling machine.
