9. SharePoint Lists SharePoint Lists are a collection of data. This allows a Power User to create a list and specify the type of data like columns in a Database Table without the bureaucracy of involving IT and SQL DBAs. 12. Link List A Link list is a predefined SharePoint List This is for managing links to resources inside or outside of SharePoint. By adding columns to the list, we can control the filter of the types of link to be displayed. We can also control the sort order of the links.
