3.  Capitalist Democracy is a political, economic and social system that entails the arrangement of a market- based economy polity, free market and fiscal responsibility.  Capitalist Democracy is an economic system in which the means of production are privately owned and individuals are responsible for their own well being. CHARACTERISTICS. - Private ownership of the means of production in Capitalism. - Free market system and competition in democratic capitalism. - Government o not interfere in the market system. - Equality of rights irrespective of social or religious background. - Majority rule and protection minority rights. - Rule of Law.
